History
In the 1970s; due to our neighbor location to Syria “exactly Mardin, Turkiye ” , we have started a border trade with small amounts of goods before starting the exports services business to Iraq in the 1980s. It was an important and turning step towards becoming an international foreign trade company.
Earlier of 1990s as our local company has been established, serving our customers in Iraq with excellent products services from our warehouse have been considered as an significant milestone in our business journey. As a result, our exports to Iraq have increased rapidly and markedly.
In relations to our vision and strategy in 1995, becoming a global company was one of our goals.
Besides, we have continued our foreign trade activities and we have achieved our targets in countries like Iraq, Syria, Jordan, Egypt, United Arab Emirates, Italy, Germany, Russia, Turkey, Australia and China.

In 2007, we have started the lubricants business domain with some local factories in Turkey and United Arab Emirates.
In 2008, we have signed an agreement with “Lukoil Lubricants Middle East Company”. After our partnership with Russian and Turkish lubricants companies, we have had a good reputation of supplying excellent products with brilliant services.
In 2009, we have had our own brand “HAREX” as well as our services in terms of lubricants, fuel additives and car care products.
All in all, our group currently operates in many sectors such as energy, lubricants, petroleum derivatives, auto spare parts and construction.
